Me and my ex met in year 2010. We met through an online matchmaking website. I fell for her first sight. I don't know how that happened, but that was what started and gave me the courage to send her the first email. I waited till she replied, which was not until about 3 to 4 months that she replied. I was ecstatic. But she didn't seem to be serious with me. She was playing around with me, the first time she asked me to get into a relationship with her, which last about 1 week. But I wasn't ready to give up even through what she did. I kept contact with her, but at that time, I controlled myself, not wanting to annoy her with my smses. I think she was still playing the whole time, and then, until her smses started getting more and more, and she started asking me out. I wasn't sure at that time, and didn't agree, but we got closer and closer, until I eventually got together with her.
I was studying then, so I had time to give her the attention she needs. We were happy with each other. Until when I graduated and started working. My focus were spent on work and by the time I had ended, I didn't have the time to go out on dates with her, but we kept constant smses. I would go out with her on weekend. Sometimes, I think I took her for granted too much. Like for example, I wanted to have lunch with her since I wasn't able to give her much attention. She was still a student, not working, and doesn't have money to travel.
But she didn't say anything, and came to meet me, a few times, about 3 to 4 times. Following that, she would sms me late, saying she was sleeping earlier on and so on. She likes to keep things to herself, not wanting to tell me what was bothering her. Until about 3 to 4 weeks ago, she said she wants to break, it was the day before I was going overseas. I didn't want to let her go, so I did all those begging and etc. She agreed to stay, but when I got back from overseas, (I tried keeping contact with her when overseas, but it was difficult) When I got back, she said that she wants to break with me, saying she found someone else. She didn't even want to stay friends.
But on that day, I still wanted to meet her up, and give her the presents I bought for her. I waited near her house for a few hours until she finally came back. She was out with that new person, on a date. She even ignored some of my smses.
The second day, I thought she wouldn't want me to sms, so I didn't try looking for her. Instead, she came to ask me how I was feeling, and etc, I thought it was a bit ridiculous, considering that she was the one who broke up with me and made me feel the way I feel. And I lied to her, saying I don't feel anything for her anymore, so that we could be friends, another mistakes I made. From what I understand, the new person she is with, seems to be playing with her, (I dare not make any assumptions, but that's what I hear from her) But she's still stubborn on staying together with this new person.
The weird thing is, she wanted to add me back to facebook, after deleting me off when we break up. And she seemed happy to see me when we were chatting on messenger. But her facebook were all filled with the new person she was with, and it was hurting me so much, I decided to get some help, which, made me stumble on this website.
These 2 weeks since we last broke up, it feels like sometimes she's happy to see me, sometimes, she's totally ignoring my sms when she feels like it. Just yesterday, I decided it was enough. I wasn't someone she could just ignore just because she wanted to. I had feelings too, and I didn't want to see her posts on fb. So I smsed her the NC message (the one where the ex breaks up with you). And after that, I deleted her away from my facebook and messenger.
I don't get what she was thinking, and she is just hurting me, even though it was so obvious I still loved her so much. Sometime, I would think that she was doing this just to get rid of me. Since she would only add me on her Fb, but not on her twitter, which was only limited to some of her close friends.
I think, that this No Contact is exactly what she is looking for. She just wants to break it off with me, and I gave her the perfect chance to do that using this NC message.
