   ok it all started after i was reconnected with my long lost love . she was going through a divorce and decided to get in touch with me.we spent alot of time together and it became a close and sexual relationship.she had been telling me she wasnt ready and that we should slow down.i refused.but we pushed forword and things got better but somthing was missing.after about 7 monthes she became more distant and less humble.we agued pver our feelings and the fact that she stayed in touch with ex boyfriend and her ex husband.then one day out of the blue she looks at me and as calm as can be said this.im going to tell you somthing that ruin your day.i stopped looked at her and said what? she then said i want to break up.she was so calm it was like she told me go to the store .i got upset.i didnt freak out or through a fit.but i did vebt a little bit.she didnt ask me to leave instead she wanted to spend the rest of the weekend with me.we made love that night.she told me she loved me and went to sleep.the next day she drove me home kissed me.the rest is me trying to stay in contact.wich has stopped as of yesterday.

   yesterday i sent the nc letter to my ex via email.i will paste it in at the end. yesterdayi was haveing the hardest time with the break up because i have to face that fact she may never come back.so i was miserable all day.but i got up went for a long walk around town..yes i walked..and thought about all the good times and what happend.i was talking to myself and shaking my head. i must have looked like a insane man to the public.but i got through it.then i got some sleep aid pills and got some much needed rest.today i woke feeling drunk.but suprisingly clearer and stronger.the day is still young.but i will get through it.oh and yes i do still fight the urge to call/text/email.but i havent.i am following the plan and I WILL SURVIVE.more to come as needed.

   I agree with you about the decision to break up.I really belive it was the best thing for both of us.I have some big decisions to make and I need some time to think them over.I would really appreciate it if you didnt contact me during this time.I will be intouch when I am ready.
